The Teaching Post Portal Now in Development!

It is with great enthusiasm to announce the upcoming summer release of the new The Teaching Post portal. It has been long in planning, research and development with many thanks for all those that have provided feedback and encouragement. The new portal will be unsurpassed as a learning, teaching and communication tool for teachers, students and parents and, as always, remain free. Districts are welcome to inquire about its development and the potential for combining platforms for their teachers and families.

Welcome To The Teaching Post

Welcome to The Teaching Post, an online community of teachers, parents and professionals sharing resources, collaborating and learning from one another. Use this site to upload all your materials to use in your classrooms and homes as well as to share with other professionals and parents across the hall and across the nation. Use the forum to pose questions and receive insight from your peers. Upload a video of your last lesson to get valuable feedback or to help others learn and improve their teaching. Create video story leads for creative writing or perhaps strategies for parents to work with their children at home. There is no limit to what you will be able to accomplish on The Teaching Post!

Sign up, it's free!

You can register with a valid email address by following the link in the upper right corner of this page. We ask that if you use any of these free resources that you also contribute a resource or participate in the forum to help our community grow.

As we work hard to make this the best possible experience, you may see some “live construction” occurring throughout the site. Please excuse our dust while we conduct our beta testing. If there are any particular features you would like to see added or if you have comments on the site, we would love to hear from you. Please email us at feedback@theteachingpost.com.

I’ve referred to this week as the drama week because it seemed as if many under the surface issues decided to come out this week. It is always interesting to me how things sometimes happen within a time frame and not rather sporadically. It…
